Billing, Cancellation & Change Policies

Rolling Admission: Classes run from September through June. The majority of LINX classes are open for rolling admission. New students may enroll at any time during the school year. A limited number of classes, including performance-based Dance Classes and performance-based Theater Classes, have an enrollment deadline. Enrollment deadlines are noted on our website.
Registration Fee: LINX Charges new members a $100.00 Registration Fee. Existing members are given the opportunity to pre-register for Fall classes in the Spring. Should you choose to pre-register, you will secure space in your family's favorite classes and have your Fall Registration Fee waived.
Monthly Fees: Your family’s first class is $105.00 per month. Add on 1 – 3 additional classes for $95 per month each. Or add on 4 or more additional classes for $85 per month each. Visit LINX Pricing for complete pricing information.
Monthly Billing: LINX securely stores your credit card information. Monthly fees are applied on the 1st of each month 30 days prior to the month of classes. Therefore, you will be billed on 9/1 for October classes, on 10/1 for November class, so on and so forth, until your class ends or your membership is canceled.
September Class Deposit: When registering for September classes prior to August 1st, you will be charged a $20 deposit per class. On August 1st, we will charge the credit card on file for the month of September less your deposit amount.
Pay-In-Full Discount: A 10% Pay-In-Full discount is available. Sign up for 10 months of classes by 9/1 and pay in full for the year to receive a 10% discount. Visit LINX Pricing to see all of your payment options.
Cancellation Policy: To cancel your membership, we require that you notify us 30 days prior to the 1st of the month you wish to cancel. For example, to cancel class enrollment for October, we must be notified by September 1st.
Change Policy: Students are allowed to change classes provided that the class the student wishes to switch into has space available. Students may not switch into performance-based dance classes or performance-based theater classes after the enrollment deadline.
Initial Charge: When you sign up to begin classes, you will be charged for the current month and the coming month (since we bill 30 days in advance). The fee for your current month is pro-rated. You will not be charged for missed classes.
Trial Class Policy: We do not offer trial classes. We offer new members the opportunity to enroll for a trial month (the current month only). At the end of your trial month, you should notify us if you would like to continue.
Session-Based Classes: A small number of our classes are priced by the session (as opposed to monthly). Session fees are noted on our website.
Deposits & Payments: When you register for camp prior to March 1st, we collect a $100 deposit per camp week. On March 1st, we charge the credit card on file for the balance due less your deposit amount. When you register for camp on March 1st or later, your entire balance is due at the time of registration.
Change Policy: Camp weeks and programs may be changed free of charge (subject to availability) prior to March 1st. Beginning March 1st, a $50.00 Change Fee applies.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Through 1/15: You may cancel your camp registration and receive a full refund.
- 1/16 - 2/28: If you must cancel any or all camp weeks we will retain your deposit and apply a credit to your account that you may use toward a future purchase of camp or LINX classes.
- 3/1 or later: No credits or refunds after 3/1.
Payments: One-time charges for events will be made today, with no subsequent charges. We reserve the right to cancel events due to low enrollment. If an event is canceled, you will not be charged.
