Classes are 50 minutes and meet once per week. Classes run from September to June with designated registrations for the dance and performing arts classes. Registrations are on-going – stop in, call or visit us online.
We recommend registering for the class that works best with your child’s schedule now. If a new stay day conflicts with that class, you can switch your child into another time slot for the remainder of the program (where space is available).
- If your child has a fever of 100.4 degrees or higher and/or flu-like symptoms, he/she must stay home. A student with no fever but with flu-like symptoms (cough, sore throat, nausea, dizziness, aches or chills) should stay home for monitoring, as these symptoms can signal the onset of the flu. We are seeing more instances in which the student has a fever of less than 100.4 accompanied by flu symptoms.
- Students who exhibit fever or flu-like symptoms while at school and either go home early or stay home entirely should not attend their classes at LINX for the day.
- A student should only return to LINX after he/she has been fever-free for at least 24 hours without the aid of acetaminophen (Tylenol) or ibuprofen (Advil or Motrin) and does not have any other flu-like symptoms.
- For the most up-to-date information about the H1N1 flu please consult the Mass. Department of Health’s “Flu Facts".

We use the Wellesley Public School system as a guideline. In the event of inclement weather, please refer to the postings on our website http://www.linx-usa.com or call us at 781-235-3210.
Clubtime is available exclusively to LINX members who are active in at least 1 class. Members earn 1 hour of Clubtime each month and this Clubtime can be used on the day of class or can be accumulated and used at any point during the month. Additional Clubtime can be purchased for a small fee. LINX will keep track of your minutes used and will bill your account if your balance exceeds 2 hours of Clubtime (taking into consideration your earned minutes).
With our wide variety of program offerings we hope to limit the need to cancel your membership due to outside conflicts. If at any point you need to cancel your child’s enrollment, please let us know 30 days prior to the start of that month. Example: If you need your child to stop in the month of April, please let us know by March 1st so we can stop the billing cycle. For Special Events, we require two weeks notice for a full refund. Cancellations within two weeks of the event are not eligible for a refund as spaces are limited and staffing is set based on planned attendance.
During school vacation weeks, LINX may hold special ½ day programs, in addition to regular classes. However, there will be NO regular classes during Winter vacation: Saturday, Dec. 24 – Saturday, Dec. 31, 2011.
Class member fees are charged from September through June with member benefits carrying over into the summer, if your child was enrolled in June or if you have pre-registered for September classes.
If the class you are interested in is full, you may put your name on the waiting list, find the same class offered at a different time or gather a group of 8 children to create a new class time.
We have designed our Spanish programs to allow for both beginner and more advanced children. If you have any questions about what class is appropriate for your child, call 781-235-3210 and speak with one of our Spanish leaders.
The 2011 – 2012 performance schedule will be posted soon. Please check back or call us at 781-235-3210.
