Artistic Beginnings

This class is the first big step in learning artistic technique using various materials, from paste paper to clay. Children will take a journey through various artistic styles while looking at the works of famous artists.  This is a great class for learning to draw, practicing with a paint brush and expanding artistic interests.  Favorite projects include reading The Very Hungry Caterpillar and creating personal versions of the story through mixed media projects and exploring music & emotions through art.
