Science Fun Zone

Join Mr. Steve for a full year of science fun!  Children will experience the magic and wonder of the world around them as young scientists are introduced to the physical and natural worlds of science.  Each month will have a different focus (such as Fall Frolics, Snowy Science, Plants-a-Plenty) and each class will have a specific theme (from Fall Leaf Creations to Under the Sea), all designed by the experience LINX team of science educators.

Science for young children is all about unlocking the mysteries of the world for their viewing pleasure.  However, a young child's OWN ideas and interests are often overlooked!  This class will focus on science from a child's perspective, offering experiences, situations, materials and inspirations for them to uncover.  Acting as a tour guide and facilitator, Mr. Steve will help children to develop their own attitudes, ideas and questions about the natural, physical and technological worlds of science.
