Camp is approaching and we need a few forms completed in order to insure everything is in order for your child's camp experience.  Most of the forms are required by the state while others are provided to help make sure we provide the best possible camp experience for your child(ren).

Online form submission...the only way to go!

In classic LINX fashion, LINX has designed a secure web-based system that enables parents to complete forms on-line.  In having you complete this paperwork online you will save a tremendous amount of time.  You will only have to enter family 'key fact' information once.  You will not have to re-enter this information year after year. Relevant information is also automatically shared with your child's counselors via the same secure web-server during camp training. 

By informing our staff of the necessary information, we are able to create an environment that will make for the most successful summer experience for each camper.
