Classes are 50 minutes and meet once per week. Classes run from September to June with designated registrations for the performing arts classes. Registrations are on going – stop in, call, or visit us on-line.

We recommend registering for the class that works best with your child’s schedule now. If a new stay day conflicts with that class, you can switch your child into another time slot for the remainder of the program (where space is available).

With the flu season underway, we wish to remind you of our policies regarding children exhibiting possible flu symptoms, and ask for your cooperation in following them.
  • If your child has a fever of 100.4 degrees or higher and/or flu-like symptoms, he/she must stay home. A student with no fever but with flu-like symptoms (cough, sore throat, nausea, dizziness, aches or chills) should stay home for monitoring, as these symptoms can signal the onset of the flu. We are seeing more instances in which the student has a fever of less than 100.4 accompanied by flu symptoms.
  • Students who exhibit fever or flu-like symptoms while at school and either go home early or stay home entirely should not attend their classes at LINX for the day.
  • A student should only return to LINX after he/she has been fever-free for at least 24 hours without the aid of acetaminophen (Tylenol) or ibuprofen (Advil or Motrin) and does not have any other flu-like symptoms.
  • For the most up-to-date information about the H1N1 flu please consult the Mass. Department of Health’s “Flu Facts".

If your child misses a class, please send us an email.  Once that is received, we will add 50 additional minutes to your child's clubtime balance for the month.  Since clubtime balances expire each month, these additional minutes must be used promptly.  While in clubtime, your child will play in the staff-supervised room.  However, if there is an age-appropriate class running, we may invite your child to participate if (s)he would like.  This way, (s)he can explore more enriching opportunities offered at LINX.  For Mommy and Me make-ups, you and your child are invited to any of our other Mommy and Me classes that are not full.  Please call ahead to book your make-up class.

We use the Wellesley Public School system as a guideline. In the event of inclement weather, please refer to the postings on our website http://www.linx-usa.com or call us at 781-235-3210.

Club Time is available exclusively to LINX members who are active in at least 1 class. Members earn 1 hour of Club Time each month and this Club Time can be used on the day of class or can be accumulated and used at any point during their membership. Additional Club Time can be purchased for a small fee. LINX will keep track of your minutes used and will bill your account if your balance exceeds 2 hours of club time (taking into consideration your earned minutes).

With our wide variety of program offerings we hope to limit the need to cancel your membership due to outside conflicts. If at any point you need to cancel your child’s enrollment, please let us know 30 days prior to the start of that month. Example: If you need your child to stop in the month of April, please let us know by March 1st so we can stop the billing cycle. For Special Events, we require two weeks notice for a full refund. Cancellations within two weeks of the event are not eligible for a refund as spaces are limited and staffing is set based on planned attendance.

Vacation weeks that LINX may hold special ½ day programs, but NOT regular classes: Winter vacation Thursday, Dec. 24th – Saturday, Jan. 2nd 2009. There will be NO regular classes during these weeks.

Class member fees are charged from September through June with member benefits carrying over into the summer, if your child was enrolled in June or if you have pre-registered for September classes.

If the class you are interested in is full, you may put your name on the waiting list, find the same class offered at a different time, or gather a group of 8 children to create a new class time.

We have designed our Spanish programs to allow for both beginner and more advanced children. If you have any questions about what class is appropriate for your child, call 781-235-3210 and speak with one of our Spanish leaders.

The 2009 – 2010 performance schedule will be posted soon. Please check back or call us at 781-235-3210.

LINX now has a drop-off and pick-up service! At selected times during the day, a LINX Leader will be available to assist kids with getting in and out of the building.
DROP-OFF
Once you have entered our parking lot at 141 Linden St. please pull into the second row of cars and follow the arrows to pull around to the front of our doors leaving space for pick up cars to wait closest to the building, a LINX Leader will supervise the kids getting out of your car.

PICK-UP
Similar to drop-off, please drive almost to the end of the parking lot, pull into the third row of cars and follow arrows, bearing right near the brick wall. Stay in line and you will eventually pull up to the LINX door where your child will be loaded into the car, please have your pick up card in window or show your license to the LINX Leader. If you are the first car in line, please pull up just past the LINX door, near the white fence. If you are the second car, please stop at the first staircase leaving space between you and the first car, that way, if your car is loaded first you do not have to wait for the first car to be loaded before you leave. Please be patient as, just like when you walk inside, it can take 5 to 10 minutes to bring them out for you to pick up. If you come at a time when a LINX Leader is not outside, simply park and call 781-235-3210 and we will be happy to walk the kids out to you.

As always, please feel free to park your car and walk the kids in or pick them up inside at any time.
