She also leads The LINX Companies' international recruiting efforts, interviewing hundreds of potential staff members to pick the best of the best.
After attending circus camp and becoming a member of the Belfast Circus School, Paula saw how camp could open a child's imagination, creativity and fun while they discover new interests, talents, friendships and experiences. Paula enjoys swimming in the ocean even if the water is freezing cold. On land, she is always up for a game of slip and slide kickball or predator versus prey. If you come across any Cadbury's Marvelous Creations candy bars, know that they are Paula's favorites!
Paula has twenty years of experience working with children in roles including teacher, camp counselor, assistant camp director, camp staff trainer, crisis center mentor, and social worker. She has developed and launched educational programs in Boston, New York, New Jersey, and Belfast. Paula is a strong advocate for empowering children and team members to make positive changes in themselves, the people around them, and their communities. Paula hails from Belfast in the North of Ireland. She is a graduate of Queen's University and has been awarded advanced degrees from the University of Bedfordshire.
